Founded in 2014 GRN Vision provides a full suite of professional consulting services for a broad range of commercial, retail and public sector clients. The company was formed after several years of working together on community projects as well as USGBC events.
Our primary motivation is to help our clients incorporate integrated, cost effective sustainability measures in their buildings, campuses and urban environments.

A Sustainability Partnership: GRN Vision & MultiGreen Properties
MultiGreen Properties was founded with the end goal of building the best for an entry-level resident. The mission of MultiGreen Properties is to solely focus on building attainable, sustainable, and tech-enabled multifamily housing throughout the United States. Being an owner/operator, upfront expenses are weighed against 5 and 10 year operation expenses.
Jade Multifamily
Jade is a modern multifamily development in Las Vegas, Nevada that is conveniently located within walking distance from the Las Vegas Strip and Chinatown. It is approximately 250,000 square feet and 7 stories high. The 287 units consist of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments as well as townhomes. In April 2021, GRN Vision was proud to announce that Jade achieved Two Green Globes certification for New Construction.
Clark County, Nevada Sustainability Inventory
Clark County is the most populous county in Nevada, accounting for 7% of the state’s land area, but 75% of the state’s population (2.267 million in 2019). Clark County understood the value of undertaking a comprehensive audit of the systems related to sustainability in an organizational environment. In turn, they engaged GRN Vision to provide an inventory of their operational sustainability status as of 2019 and their emissions inventory for 2018, before developing a long range sustainability plan.
Low Barrier Homeless Navigation Shelters
Low Barrier Homeless Navigation Centers are a new and Dignified approach to addressing chronic homelessness by meeting people where they are as opposed to forcing them into an institutional shelter setting which is not designed to address the trauma that people experience as a result of living on the streets. This unique solution to dignified emergency homeless housing is extremely effective because it eliminates most of the barriers that discourage homeless individuals and families from using shelter services.
Las Vegas Convention and Visitor’s Authority Sustainability Inventory
The Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) is one of the largest convention centers in the world with 1,940,631 square feet of exhibit space, and it hosts shows with an estimated 200,000 participants. Over the course of 6 months in 2019, GRN Vision had the pleasure of working with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) to conduct a third-party audit of their existing facility.
City of Las Vegas Municipal Courthouse
The City of Las Vegas Municipal Courthouse (LVMC) is a 4 story, 135,000 square foot courthouse that has seven courtrooms and six classrooms to serve the public. The courthouse is a collaboration between The Molasky Group of Companies and the City of Las Vegas. GRN Vision was brought on early to offer and assist in sustainability efforts. In July 2021, this vitally important public building earned the distinction of LEED Silver BD+C thanks to the collaboration of all discipline’s involved in the integrative process.
Las Vegas Convention Center Phase II
The Las Vegas Convention Center Phase II Expansion (LVCC Expansion) project consists of a 1.4 million GSF (conditioned space) multi-use facility located in Las Vegas, NV. GRN Vision is collaborating with TVS-TSK Architects Joint Venture, Turner/Martin Harris and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor’s Authority to achieve a dual Green Building certification for the facility. Both LEED and Green Globes Certifications are anticipated in Spring 2021.
Northwest Career College
Northwest Career College is a privately-owned para-professional training facility. It is located in Las Vegas, Nevada and is approximately 19,500 square feet. In early 2019 Northwest began their “Go Green” sustainability initiative and in June 2020, the facility was awarded Three Green Globes certification.
Renaissance Hotel
The Renaissance Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada is a four diamond, non-gaming, smoke-free hotel. The fourteen-story building is 400,000 square feet and is located just minutes from the Las Vegas strip and walking distance from the Convention Center. In January 2017, this property achieved the prestigious recognition of Three Green Globes.
Findlay Chevrolet
Findlay Chevrolet is a 235,000 square foot car dealership that is located in the southwest part of Las Vegas, Nevada. It offers retail and fleet sales, as well as a full-service department. In July 2018, Findlay Chevrolet was the first dealership in Las Vegas to receive the distinction of LEED Existing Buildings: O+M Silver certification.
Flamingo Pines
The Nevada HAND Flamingo Pines senior housing project in Las Vegas consists of three, four story buildings with 175 residential one-and two-bedroom units. The combined living and recreation area is approximately 198,000 square feet. Flamingo Pines is on track to achieve LEED Gold BD+C certification in the Fall of 2021.
